CHARLOTTE, N.C.(BUSINESS WIRE) The Premier healthcare alliance today announced new agreements for patient warming products have been awarded to Arizant Healthcare Inc. of Eden Prairie, Minn.; Cincinnati Sub-Zero Products Inc., a woman-owned business, of Cincinnati; and Smiths Medical, ASD, Inc. of Norwell, Mass.

Effective August 1, 2012, the agreements are available to acute care and continuum of care members of Premier.
